Mike Dean, founder of Astral-BDS, is a former Sales & Business Development Director in blue chip and small cap plc businesses and has been working with SME’s to build effective sales and BD “engines” to drive profitable growth since 2004. This includes designing and building effective teams and business process.

Educated at Manchester Business School and Penn State University, Mike‘s experience includes managing businesses in the USA and across Europe but his professional interests revolve mainly around sales, marketing and business development activities in small and medium businesses in Business to Business (B2B) markets.
